Effective: April 1, 2026 — Please read carefully before using Noova 4K.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By visiting, registering for, or using the Noova 4K service (“Service”), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) together with our Privacy Policy.
If you do not accept these Terms in full, you must not access or make use of the Service. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Noova 4K. Use of the Service signifies your ongoing acceptance of these Terms as they may be updated from time to time.
2. Service Description
Noova 4K delivers internet-based access to television programming, including live channel streams, video-on-demand (VOD) content, and electronic program guide (EPG) data (“Content”) through IPTV technology.
Our catalogue currently features over 30,000 live channels and more than 80,000 VOD titles spanning sports, entertainment, news, and international content. Channel and content availability is subject to change at any time due to licensing, technical, or operational factors, and we make no guarantee that any specific channel or title will remain permanently available.
To use the Service you will need:
- A compatible device such as a Smart TV, streaming stick, smartphone, tablet, desktop computer, or set-top box
- A reliable internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps recommended for HD, 25 Mbps or above for 4K streams)
- A compatible IPTV player application (e.g., IPTV Smarters Pro, TiviMate, VLC, or Smart IPTV)
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time. Where reasonably practicable, advance notice will be provided.
3. Account & Subscription
After a successful purchase, streaming credentials (M3U URL or Xtream Codes login details) will be delivered to your registered email address. Your subscription is for personal, household use only. You are solely responsible for:
- Keeping your credentials secure and confidential
- All activity that takes place under your account
- Notifying us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account
Strictly prohibited: Sharing your credentials beyond your household, reselling access to the Service, sublicensing, or commercially redistributing in any form. Accounts identified as being misused will be terminated immediately and no refund will be issued.
Each subscription plan grants the number of concurrent streams stated at the time of purchase. Exceeding this limit may trigger automatic account suspension.
4. Payment & Billing
- All subscription prices are listed and charged in USD
- Payments are handled by our PCI-DSS compliant payment partners, Stripe and PayPal. We do not store your card details.
- Service access is activated as soon as payment is confirmed
- All purchases are one-time payments with no automatic renewal, unless a plan is explicitly labelled as auto-renewing at checkout
- A 7-day money-back guarantee applies to all new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 7 days of the purchase date for a full refund. Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
- Refund requests submitted after the 7-day window, and accounts terminated for Terms violations, are not eligible for refunds

5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service solely for lawful personal purposes in compliance with these Terms. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Using the Service in violation of any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
- Using a VPN or proxy service to redistribute access to third parties or to resell streams under a geographic disguise
- Circumventing geographic content restrictions for commercial resale purposes
- Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to capture, record, or redistribute streamed content
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract any part of the Service infrastructure
- Interfering with or disrupting the security, integrity, or performance of the Service
- Introducing malicious code, viruses, or harmful software into the Service environment
Breach of these acceptable use provisions may result in immediate account termination without refund, and may be referred to relevant law enforcement authorities.
6. Intellectual Property
The Noova 4K website, brand identity, logo, and any proprietary software or interfaces are protected by applicable intellectual property and copyright laws. All rights are reserved.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service and the content you access through it complies with all applicable copyright, broadcasting, and media laws in your country or region. Noova 4K does not accept liability for any infringement resulting from a subscriber’s use of the Service in a jurisdiction where certain content may be restricted.
Without our prior written permission, you may not:
- Reproduce or copy any part of our website, branding, or user interface
- Create derivative works from our intellectual property
- Use our trademarks or brand assets in any way that could cause confusion
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Noova 4K expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:
- Any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement
- Any guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from latency
- Any guarantee that a specific channel, programme, or VOD title will be available at any given time
- Any representation regarding the legality of any particular content in your jurisdiction
Your use of the Service is at your own risk. We do not warrant that any defects or errors in the Service will be corrected.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Noova 4K, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
- Damages arising from your reliance on the Service or content accessed through it
- Damages arising from service interruptions, errors, or periods of unavailability
In all cases, our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total subscription amount you paid to Noova 4K. Some jurisdictions do not permit certain liability exclusions, so these limitations may not fully apply to you.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without prior notice, in the event of:
- Any breach of these Terms of Service
- Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal conduct
- Payment failure or unresolved payment disputes
- Activity that harms other users or the integrity of our infrastructure
Where termination is for cause, your access ends immediately and no refund will be provided. If we terminate your account without cause, a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of your subscription will be issued.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our support team. Cancellation takes effect immediately and prevents any future renewals, but does not entitle you to a refund outside of the 7-day guarantee window.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with applicable international commercial law principles. Where you are an EU or UK consumer, mandatory local consumer protection laws apply and cannot be displaced by these Terms.
We encourage all disputes to be raised with us directly in the first instance for informal resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be referred to binding arbitration or, where arbitration is not available or enforceable, to the courts of competent jurisdiction.
EU-based consumers may also submit disputes through the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time to reflect changes in our services, operational requirements, or applicable law. When material changes are made, we will notify you by:
- Sending an email to your registered address at least 14 days before the changes take effect
- Posting a notice on our website at noova4k.com
- Updating the “Effective” date at the top of this page
Your continued use of the Service after the revised Terms come into effect constitutes acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service before the effective date.
